Deep tissue is beneficial, but unless a client is recovering from an injury, or has a large amount of built up scar tissue, it’s most likely not needed for the entire body or duration. We will also walk you through why we are using particular techniques, why you might be feeling pain in a particular place, and most importantly, what can be done in between sessions to help.
